Feeling hungry so......

Well, I notice doing this I was starting to feel overwhelmed and very much so hungry. I was afraid to eat because everything I have seemed so high in cals, or fat or carbs. Ugh!!! SO I went out today and bought some low fat yogurt, Vitamin Water with zero calories, canned tuna, pepperoni, I thought would be ok to snack on. Oh plus cottage cheese. If anyone has any other great snacks to ad please do. I am always looking for new foods. I try to stay away from leafy greens. I noticed I was feeling hungry of being afraid to eat. SO this might ease it up a bit and I can eat more properly.
