I'm feeling faint on the number of calories I've eaten today but I'm at 0 grams of fat remaining. Stupid cake and pizza I ate today because it was my mum's birthday. :c Will someone give me ideas of what I can eat? I can eat about 150 more calories. Urgh I hate filling up on sugary stuff it makes me feel awful later. I don't have to eat all 150 but I just want to stop fainting. Also I want to learn some more fat-free choices. Any help is appreciated! c:

Apple, pear, fat free ice cream and/or yogurt. It's also ok to go a little over now and then. Don't obsess on it Tomorrow you will forget.0

Going over on total fat is no big deal, as long as you keep your saturated fat low. Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating excess calories (from any source) will cause your body to store energy in the form of fat. So, eat something nutritious if you are hungry. Fruit and nuts are a good combo. The sugar will keep you from feeling faint. The nuts will give you protein and fat so your blood sugar doesn't drop when the glucose from the fruit is consumed.0

if you are truly fainting 150 calories is not gonna put you on the right track
try eating some scrambled eggs with some sauted veggies0 -
Some level of fat is actually good for you. I agree that filling up on cake and ice-cream isn't the best way to go about your daily life, the occasional celebration isn't bad. Eat something that is low in fat and helps you feel full. Like oatmeal, greek yogurt or grilled chicken. Enjoy every bite and don't look back!0

eat a tin of tuna - the protein will fill you up, and its so low in calories, with no fat.. your designate best option0

Being a tiny bit over on fat isn't the worst thing. Do have something -- those macro percentages are guidelines more than 'DO NOT GO OVER' lines.0
