BUTT BIBLE QUESTION!

I dont have the DVD but seen some post that all the videos are on youtube so I figured I would do that! I noticed there was a level 1 2 and 3 upper and lower! How long do I do each level and do you do the upper and lower on the same days? I would love to hear good result stories for motivation before I start! THANKS :smile:

    There used to be a website associated with the dvd but it went away when Exercise TV closed up shop.

    I believe the recommendations were to do each level for at least two weeks before progressing to the next one.

    Do Lower Body one day, Upper Body the next, rest or do cardio on day three, Lower on the 4th day, Upper on the 5th, and then rest (or cardio) the next two days.
