New and Loving it!

Hi! I am new to MFP. I just started this program a few days ago and amazed how many calories I was really consuming. Crazy!

I'm a twenty-something and am trying to tackle my health and set myself up for a better life! Unfortunately, I have some medical conditions--some which are incurable, others that I brought upon myself--and am hoping learn to take much better care of myself and maintain a higher level of overall health!

My starting weight is 252 and I want to drop nearly 100lbs. I'm blogging along with MFP to make myself accountable and to make sure my new lifestyle sticks! Lots of work to go and lots to learn!

Any motivation, tips, tricks, whatever is MUCH welcomed! :)
