Today I ran a full mile, without stopping once. I got on the treadmill and ran one mile! Im so excited by this.

    Great job!! Keep it up, you'll just keep getting better and better! I started C25K and could barely run for 30 seconds, now I can run over 10 miles straight (less than a year later)! I was so, so happy the day that I could run a mile without stopping! :-)
