breakfast and dinner recipes!

I usually try to eat oatmeal or special k but I get really tired of that! is there anything else out there?

And since I'm mexican my mother makes a whole lot of food, and I resist so I resort to eating sandwiches for dinner which gets disgusting after a while.

please help!

  • One of my favourites is Sweet Cous Cous with dried fruit.

    Basically you fluff up the cous cous using FRESH OJ and top with dried fruit (dates and apricots are yummy)

    I make oatmeal muffins; freeze them; pop in microwave & have for breakfast.

    3 reduced sugar apple/cinnamon oatmeal
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup water
    a few walnuts on top or raspberries

    (I don't bake them in the oven; make them in the microwave)
    Doesn't even seem like you're eating oatmeal

    Eggs, low-carb pancakes, low fat-ham (for breakfast or dinner) greek yogurt with fruit, low fat make ahead meals :smile:
