chelle-question about shirataki noodles...

i finally found these! yay at my asian supermarket about 10min drive from work so i can buy then in bulk once a week if i like..
firstly do u always dryfry first for say 8 minutes before adding ingredients?(like chicken/veges) so should i dry fry noodles first, cook the chicken seperately and mix in the end??
i love soups,but i heard this is slimy in soups...do u have any soup recipes, or tips on how to deal with the noodles when using in soup..would u dry fry also before putting this in soups..thanks :)
