If your scale didn't move for a long time . . .

when did it start to move? I've lost a whopping 5 lbs since Oct. However, my body fat percentage has gone down from 39% to 33% and I have lost several inches. People keep asking me how much weight I have lost. I know, obviously, that is a good thing. Just curious if anyone else was/is in the same boat. I weight train twice a week - full body and 1x week with a trainer and do an hr. on the elliptical or treadmill most other days of the week.
