Hello I look after two toddlers twice a week and when I'm finished with them, or they are finished with me I am well and truly knackered. Has anyone got any idea how many calories I burn just running around after them and taking care of them. Thanks.

You should set your lifestyle to "active" and MFP will calculate that into your daily calorie goal.
I once heard that if you followed a 2 year old around all day and mimic what they do, you will never have to diet again...LOL0 -
I think it will be a few, i was never as thin as when i had 3 children under 5, i would do as the poster before suggested and change your activity higher on days when you have the children x0

I would buy or borrow a heart rate monitor and calculate it that way.0
