Weight loss like a drug

Ok so I hit my goal that I set back in January to get back to 130. Now I seem to want to get lower. While talking to some friends at work, I was reminded that when I quit weight watchers I had gotten too thin, but I still want to see better results. While I am still exercising and toning, I want it to look different. It may be a slight addiction trying to get to that perfect body that we all desire, so what do you do?

    This would be a great time to start a serious lifting program.
