ripped in 30 and running?

I've always been of the opinion that your shouldn't run 2 days in a row in order to let your muscles "heal." So, will it be okay to do the Ripped in 30 DVD and still run every other day?

I run three days a week and do a workout DVD (including Ripped) 5-6 days a week with no problems. I take one rest day per week, sometimes two if I feel I need it.0
