I am hoping to start this workout series in the next week or 2 and was wondering how you track it on your exercise journal? How many calories do you estimate burning per workout?

I am starting this after being 7 weeks postpartum and hope to get back to pre-pregnancy weight soon. Any success stories would be helpful!
