my first month with Insanity

I've been wanting to try Insanity for awhile now and I got Insanity for my Birthday this year and I am LOVING it so far!!! I've only lost maybe 4 or 5 pounds right now on the first month but I'm noticing that I'm getting stronger and my cardio is getting better as well. I'm losing inches which is great :) I'm feeling better about myself. The After pics were taken right after my last month 1 workout- plyometric cardio circuit so that is why I am so red. lol.

    You look well worked out chica. Keep us updated! I have insanity, but until I get my metabolic crap straightened out, I'm holding off. Good to see such inspiration

    Insanity is a Beachbody workout. It's not for the Wii. Go to youtube and type Insanity workout and you will see what it is.

    Hey girl :) I was surfing through the success stories and found your pics :) WOW you look awesome!!!! I can tell you are smaller ALL over and I am loving the results! Keep at it girl you are doing great :) Just wait until your 60 day pics :) This is so awesome!!!!

    thanks :) and yes Insanity does work, though it's not easy, and not something I would start off with if you have never worked out a day in your life or if it's been a long time, it's really tough, I don't even make it all the way through the workouts, I take breaks but I still get a great burn and there are days I wake up sore but I love it :D

    Can't wait for the 60 day pics :)
