Hi...I have lost 20 lbs and am in a good spot but still looking to lose 10 more...My face is not as thin as would like and wondering if it is due to the kinds of calories I am eating? Or are all calories the same? Thanks!

From my understanding, the only difference between "fat calories" and regular are that fat calories are the ones that come from fat content. The nurtients that have calories are fat, carbs, and protien.0

Where you lose weight and store weight is mostly genetics. Sorry =/
Might want to try some firming creams
Eating calories from specific macro-nutrients doesn't deposit the fat in different places. Although I think I've seen people that work with their hands and fats have slightly bigger hands..but that is probably...not true0
