Heart Rate Monitor vs. MFP - which calories are accurate?

MFP, and my MapMyTracks app both say for my ride today that I burned 1250 ish calories... However, my heart rate monitor watch for the same work out says I burned only 900 calories. I am assuming the HRM is more close to my real burn since it is actually measuring me, versus estimating based on height/weight/age... But which do I go with??? Advice please
Thankya!

Always go with the HRM - it knows every beat of the heart and the duration of that rate. Nice ride, though!0
