How fast is too fast for weight loss?

Any ideas on this topic? I've heard a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. But does anyone know how much is too much for a weight loss in a week?

    I think you've got it right. 1 to 2 pounds a week is plenty. In order to go faster, you have to diet and really restrict your eating. That means you won't be developing the generally healthy and sustainable habits that will keep the weight off.

    Working out and building muscle slows down the weight loss initially, but makes you look and feel so much better. In terms of looks, getting toned will have as big an impact on your appearance and how your clothes fit as losing weight.
