I found a site that you can look up any kind of recipe

    allrecipes.com

You just search for what you want to make, and they give you a list of different recipes to choose from. You can even change the serving amount, and it will adjust the recipe for you.

that is a fantastic site. you can make a whole list of the ingredients you want to use and then it will give you recipes that contain those. AND you can say "not" to some things. that might help keep the really unhealthy but really tempting reciped off the suggested list!

also, you can freeze bananas for later use. that way, you don't have to immediately start baking, and you don't have to throw them away!

This one has never failed me... We call it my "Two Slice" banana bread, since it's the only sweet we've seen my fiance's health-nut stepfather have seconds of! I have no clue as to whether it's healthy or not, but it is delicious.

    I just omit the nuts.

The www.allrecipes.com website also gives nutritional information for each recipe.

heres a good recipe... making them into muffins instead of bread is easier for portion control i think... and easy to grab bone on the go

Second this - bananas don't last around me. One for breakfast, and one with a protein shake at dinner

just made this lower calorie banana bread - it was pretty decent. of course not the same as the old banana bread recipe i used to make with tons of sugar, butter, and crisco  kinda icky when i think about it now...
