Hello everyone I just found this app. And decided to download it. The app was exactly what I was looking for to track my diet and excersise and calories. Because I am currently trying to watch my diet alot closer and maybe see what I might be doing wrong. I am a rescue swimmer,so I already have a good fitness program. I am just trying to lose about 6 lbs. And I hope this program will bring to light what I am doing wrong.
