Net Calories

I've been using MFP for a couple of weeks now and I'm also exercising three times a week. I never go by my net calories when I work out I just go by my allowed regardless. Is this wrong? I don't feel like I'm starving but if I were to use my net calories I have a ton to eat since I did Zumba this morning! Plus isn't eating more after exercising reducing the benefit of the exercising? I just thought I'd see what you all thought:)

I am sure you will get a lot of answers but for me I set my calorie goal at 1,800 and just try to stay at that. When I have a big workout day there is no way I am going to end up with 1,800 net calories. I may eat a few extra but that's about it
If what you are doing works for you keep it up girl!
