    Well, Friends, I have a broken foot. Looks like another weak month for me on the walking. I'm afraid that the walking that needs to be done just to keep my family and home functioning is all I can manage.

    Sorry that happened. Don't get down and just do whatever you can to keep yourself up. take care of yourself and your family.

    Oh, My Dears, I am so sorry that I am late with this. My brother had a wedding earlier this week and it has taken up all of my thoughts.

    My foot is mostly healed from it's brake and I intend to be back at it tomorrow. Let's hope that my road of good intentions doesn't lead where most roads of good intentions lead.
