Help me determine activity level for TDEE

Hi,
I workout to Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred 4-5 times a week ( about 22 minutes each). I am trying to figure out whether I am Lightly active or moderately active when I figure out my TDEE. Other than workouts, I have three kids to look after, but I dont feel like I am running around constantly or anything.

Most days, it's drive to school, clean up the house, play with my toddler and get the other kids at the end of the day. Since the workouts are only 30 minutes max ( although intense!), I am thinking i may not qualify for Moderately active. Any thoughts?

    You could always figure it out with using sedentary and then just continue to log your exercise like you do now?
