My Rear Endddd!

So I started off as a size 26 woman's... I'm now a size 20 but I'm noticing something. It fits fairly well around the waist (a little loose), but my BUTT!
They are sagging in the butt region and I've always had a bubble butt. I'm losing my weight in my butt. Lol. Do any of y'all have exercises you can recommend to lift the butt and make it more round. Hehe. I know I sound stupid but I don't want my rear end flat.

squats, lunges, deadlifts. Lol! There are also plenty of videos/DVD's that target the buns and thighs. There's the Brazilian Butt Lift (which is a beachbody workout) and then the butt bible which is free on youtube I believe.

When I lose a little more "insulation"..I'm gonna do the BBL

Brazil Butt Lift definitely works the bum and makes it lifted and shapely. I did this for 3 weeks and noticed a difference.0
