Losing weight fast?

What is the best way to do that?
I know crash diets work...but the weight just comes right back & I dont want that.

I have been dieting & stuff but no weight is gone at all. :sad:

    follow MFP's guidelines. I dropped the first 20 in like 4 weeks. BOOM baby.

    It's just plain unhealthy to lose weight quickly. Crash diets don't work, if they did, the weight would stay off. Start tracking your calories more closely and increase you exercise and include weight-training.

    Depends - if your weight is already "healthy" you'll lose slower. You don't seem like you're losing too much.
    Best bet - eliminate as much sodium as you can, eat lots of fruits and veggies, make sure you're drinking enough, and make your workouts more diverse and intense.

    If I could lose weight "fast," life would be a lot simpler. :wink:
