Samsung Galaxy S 2 cell phone
Does anyone have the Samsung Galaxy S2 the 4g phone? I'm really thinking about getting it but wondered if anyone had it to get some feedback. I've been reading reviews online and been going back and forth with that one and the HTC Amaze. I have Tmobile and just looking to upgrade my phone. I did have a 3G Mytouch until I dropped it and the screen shattered. Now I'm using an older phone until I can buy a new one.

I have the Samsung Nexus S 4G. The glass on it is actually very strong too, I'm super clumsy. I think it's not too bad, I love it. Don't know about the Galaxy, I want it too lol0

I avoid all htc stuff as they are poor quality and have rubbish customer service0 -

Its under chit-chat. Chill out, we are humans -- can't be overly obsessed with our weight loss.0 -

I had one and my boyfriend has one and we do not like them. I have the iPhone 4S now but I have heard a lot of good things about it. One reason I didn't like the Samsung Galaxy is because it didn't have the running app on it that I use (Nike +).0

Silly clown...everyone knows it vibrated better, therefore you burn more calories....0 -
A couple of my friends have it and it is an excellent, excellent phone.
If you can wait then the Samsung Galaxy S3 should be released mid year or can take advantage of falling prices on the S2.
Dual core processors will be surpassed sooner rather than later (in fact the HTC One X ships in the next few days here in the UK) but it depends on what you want to use the phone for really...0 -

I've had it since Christmas and I love it (: The camera is amazing at 8mp! I no longer need to carry a phone and a camera. The display is amazing, even though it's not the best. Texting is easier than I though because of auto correct and what not. Very responsive touch screen, call quality is great, android's app store is awesome, screen customization, animated backgrounds, battery can last me up to 2-3 days with little wifi usage. Overall it's a great phone and the only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have a dedicated camera button.0

Have you used the swype feature on the S2 to text?
It is awesome...0 -

I have it and absolutely love it. The speed on the internet is brilliant and I'm not sure about where you are, but in the UK it just had the latest software update (ice cream sandwich) launched so it's got loads of nifty new stuff on it.
Check out www.gsmarena.com to check out the specs against different phones on the market. It's just a device comparison website so I don't think I'm breaking forum rules with advertising or anything. You can't buy anything from there (to my knowledge anyway).0 -

Lol - yeah it is a bit of a learning experience for sure. However, once you master it you can't really go back to normal texting...0 -

That's how I felt when I learned T9 like 4-5 years ago! I use the android keyboard I believe. I'll try and start using it since everyone likes it and can type fast on it but I can be a slow learner with certain things!0 -

You could try swiftkey as BJ said above. I think swype is a personal preference.
Nothing wrong with the stock Android keyboard though0 -
