Daily Check in 5/28/09

Well girlies I am 2lb down this morning from my weekly weigh in and I am estatic!! This day next year is my wedding day so I am on course for the rest of the 39lbs :laugh: :laugh:
Did you stay within your Nutritional Goals? I didnt exercise yesterday and only went over by around 60 calories - it wasnt the worst but I could have been better!
Did I reach yesterdays personal goal? No - I wanted a chance to do my last chance workout but I was too drained..
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I didn't binge! I didnt eat any "no-no" foods :laugh:
What would I have done differently? I should have gotten in my last chance workout!!
What is today's personal goal? To stay within my calories, get my workout done at lunchtime with an aim to burn 300 cals (I only have 40mins)
So how did everyone else get on yesterday??

Congratulations on your two pounds.
I was a bad girl yesterday with my eating & fitness.
Some day are good some are bad.........when I fall off track it makes it so much harder t ge back on.

Good morning all!! The week is going great so far, I joined this site on Monday and have lost 3 pounds already!!

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, Power walked for 4 miles and did level 3 of Jillian when I got back
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Wanted to eat when I got home last night, but didnt!! Nothing tastes as good as fit feels!!!
What would I have done differently? DIdn't eat my spinach, so I should have done that
What is today's personal goals? Go walking, even though it is raining and try 90PX for the first time

deedun thanks for starting today's thread. I was going to do it but today is my birthday so I decided to sleep in a little :blushing:
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't burn as many calories as I wanted to but I didn't go over in calories so I am happy.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I didn't eat those cookies that are looking at me on the counter.
What would I have done differently? Worked out a little harder but I was in a time crunch so I guess a little is better than none.
What is today's personal goals? Not get too stressed about my age (48 today) and try to have a good day even though it is raining and yucky outside.

Did you stay within your Nutritional Goals? Yes. Actually, I got home from my night class last night and I was really hungry, so I looked at my cals...I had only eaten just over a 1000---no wonder! So I ate some more food and felt much better!
Did I reach yesterdays personal goal? Yes. I ate pretty well, and I got 25 min. of Biggest Loser Cardio Max in
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I didn't yell at the crappy bookstore ladies when they screwed everything up:laugh:
What would I have done differently? I wish I could have walked. but there was no time! literally...not making excuses, promise..lol

Hey ladies...I was SO busy today!!!! I did alot of shopping at the local craft shops. I am starting my own little mini business:):)....Tam's Baby Boutique..Ok enough of that..:):smooched:

250 under on calories and cannot possibly eat another bite. Did my workout first thing this morning, before I went to see how my car's restoration was progressing. I did journal everything I ate today- that's my goal for the next week.0
