working out and not losing

Hello,
I have now been doing a boot camp 4 days a week for 45 min and have not lost a thing. I am starting to get discouraged. I have been tracking my food for the most part but still nothing is coming off. Any suggestions?:grumble:

just because you're tracking your food doesnt mean you're eating the right amount to lose.
for weight loss it's more about your calories than your workouts, unless of course you're working out hours and hours a day0
