How many carbs, protein and calories should I be consuming after a workout?
Sometimes I will have an apple and peanut butter or a post workout recovery drink. I just want to make sure that I get the right amount of nutrients after a workout.
Oh, I workout at night before bed if that makes a difference.

I usually have a high protein low carb dinner as i work out after work...Breakfast and lunch will contain most of my carbs so by the time i get to the gym im full of energy!
