BBQ Soda Pork Chops
found this on Sparkpeople. I was a little skeptical but the reviews convinced me to give it a try. So glad I did! Delicious!
4-4oz pork chops
24 oz diet soda (I used Coke Zero)
2 cups BBQ sauce
combine all ingredients in a deep skillet. Cook on med-high heat for 45 minutes covered. Turn the chops every 10-15 minutes. They are done when the soda evaporates.

Protein 23.6
I had them with Mock Mashed Potatoes and some broccoli w/ cheese. super yummy

The recipe did not specify. I like Stubbs. It is very good and only has 30 calories per serving.0
