C25K! What other exercise do you do?

Hi people!

I am getting ready to start Week 3 of C25K on Monday (ahh!) I do this Monday, Wednesday and Friday on my lunch break at work. Before I started this program I would really just walk on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and dabbled in 30 Day Shred before i cussed Jililan Michaels out and moved on.

So to the question: Any C25K'ers, what alternate exercise do you do between C25K? My only opportune time to work out during the week is at my lunch and other than that i have a 3 year old tagging along (single momma!) Any suggestions?

I have 5lb weights I use often but not sure of any good workouts besides the basic up down out over blah blah blah. And I don't do very well with workout videos. I am doing my best to get out and walk and be active outside but its about to get SWAMPY down here in Houston with the summer around the corner.

    I'm doing Jillian michaels no more trouble zones lol. But I don't think you want to hear that.

    Also do random ab workouts... You can find some on YouTube or sometimes I just do random exercises on my own.
