doing crunches, pushups etc.. while in the sauna at the heal

Does that annoy you? Is it proper etiquette? Your in the sauna relaxing in the 190ºF heat and someone is taking up a decent part of the floor space doing crunches, situps, pushups etc.... It's hot in there do I really want to look at sweaty guys spread out on the floor or bench working out? I appreciate what they are trying to achieve. I'm mixed on this one.

    Weird! I'm lucky that no one in the women's sauna has ever done this. If they did, I'd probably just be annoyed and leave.

    Your body can't cool itself enough in there.

    Our sauna is coed and in the common pool area, the steam rooms are located in the locker rooms

    No it's not proper etiquette, but there is no limit to the stupid things people will do in health clubs.

    No limit, whatsoever.

    If it really annoys you, you could talk to the club management--it is definitely inappropriate behavior.
