What is your goal

Hi, my goal in April is to

Lose at least 16 lbs

Walk 85 miles on treadmil at 3.5 or greater and 5 incline or greater

Lift at least 3 times a week

Drink 100 ounces of water

I weigh in officially tomorrow but I will be at 288 or 287

What are your goals?

    My goal is to lose 10 pounds and exercise AT LEAST 4 days a week.

    My goal for April is to survive without falling off the wagon, since it's my busiest time of year, working evenings and weekends , so always the worst time to be trying to lose weight.

    My goal for April is to eat Oatmeal for breakfast and drink only water. I will also exercise three times a week. When I meet my April goal I will reward myself with a package of bootcamp classes.

    i want to lose 7lbs fit comfortably into the size clothes im in now and do a minimum of 1060 minutes of cardio a week (ok cheating slightly on that one because its counting the school run that takes 120 minutes a day lol) i would also like to drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day but the biggest is i dont want to fall off the wagon
