love handels!!

ahh when i first started training i got hooked big time to it!got to know some personal trainers and looking in to it my self!my body just opend up a gym and looking for myne soon!!

so my big problems are my love handels..

i have tryed every thing in the book and even in supplements to..

i know its part of a good diet but i aim doing pretty well on that..but it seems like now im stuck at a certain level that i can't cross!!lol it supposely happens all the time ..

i have tryed so many diffrent oblique exercises that i stoped counting...

anybody stock in the same situation as me?and what are you doing to fix it??

    I have love handle problems too :wink: LOL It sucks, because everything I've done that was focused on that area only strengthened my muscles under them, but did nothing for the fat. While that's not a bad thing, it's not what I wanted.

    I have however, lost inches off of them by doing cardio. I try to run 2 miles a day at least 4-5 days a week along with my strength training. It also helps to do it in increments (run, walk, run walk) it rev's your heart rate and your metabolism! :smile: Hope this helps

    Have you tried pilates? It's supposed to be good for the love handles.

    wel i do lots of cardio every day now know so it should go down..im trying out the callorie counthing thing..lol

    so i guess a side from pilates there is no special trick??lol
