sugar free sports drinks and energy drink or even just sugar free soft drink?
They have next to nothing calorie wise, but surely too good to be true?
Give me the low down :)

Look at the ingrediants. Read the ingrediants. Try to pronounce them.

Are they real food? If not, decline them and your body will thank you for having integrity and intelligence.

Most definitely agree with this! I don't even drink diet sodas any more. On the off chance I actually have one it's so sickening sweet and fake tasting that I can't finish it. When I'm feeling like I want a soda I have seltzer. The only sports drink I'll have is Gatorade and I'll typically cut that with water and I only drink that when I'm training for something.

Skip the fake crap and go for water or something much healthier.

I personally had major problems with energy drinks that sent me to a cardiologist, so I'd recommend against it.

There is nothing really wrong with Powerade, Lifewater, or Propel in moderation. (the brands I can think of).
As opposed to popular thinking hard to pronounce chemical names don't necessarily mean dangerous.
