Matter when I exercise? I used to exercise 2 hours after breakfast and 1 hour before lunch but then I switched it to basically right when I wake up. I had read that it helps your metabolism and all these great things but I find it so hard to find the motivation to keep working out. Would it be bad to switch back to 2 hours after breakfast?

When you exercise is irrelevant. It's what fits best into your day.0

When I first read this I thought you meant exercise FOR 2 hours after breakfast.
I would understand the lack of motivation doing that every day!!
I agree, any time you have is when you should do it.0
