Not enough calories

I eat all day but am still not getting enough of my suggested calories daily, how am I supposed to eat more if I am not hungry?

    choose more calorie intense foods for some of your choices....nuts, peanut butter, cheese, healthy oils.

    Calorie dense foods: Beans, nuts, fruits, cheeseburgers

    calorie dense foods such as quinoa, almonds, salmon, fruits (apples especially), multibran cereal, etc :)
