Hi everyone, looking for UK friends for support, motivation and chit chat

I'm originally from Glasgow, but live in Fife now. Joined MFP on 28th March, and my profile says "no friends". Please add me so I don't look like a complete saddo !!!

    Add me if you think I can be of any help... but look in the groups ... I'm in Team UK group, with all sorts of posts going on there, and you might find, if you search in the groups, a group of UK people geographically near you. There's another group just started, UK Spring challenge, with the North vs South vs Scotland competing to see which can lose highest percentage in the next 6 weeks now left!!!
