pics are better than scales

i used to be soooo frustrated with the slow movement of the scales and looking in mirror i couldn't see a difference

however,
seeing pics of me now compared to new yr day has really helped to reassure me that my hard work is paying off.
it motivates me,if i can make that change in a short space of time ,i wonder what i'll look like in xx months.

    I Agree with you...I have seen many post pics of them at the same size yrs ago and the change is drastic...Cardio/Strength give your body a total look and kills the inches along with weight....I change picture a lot for the motivation...GOOD JOB I can see the difference....
