I've been eating pretty good this past week besides splitting a shamrock shake with a friend at work, but I still had my allowed calories plus some left over. I have worked 24 hours in the past two days with four hours sleep in between and my job is on your feet all day, up and down stairs, lifting, picking up, pushing, holding, etc. I work at an ER vet and only sit during a lunch break. I'm a little sad and want to get into the 150 range so badly. What can I do at this point? Any tips or can anyone critique my diary?

Lack of sleep
Have a nice big 12 hour snooze.

I concur with the above... I have found that a lack of sleep can really impact my weight badly.
Also, it is only a pound. I think people need to give some leeway and accept that the body weight will vary a pound or two from day to day, even when maintaining. Think longterm, not short term.0 -
I'm trying to stay positive. I lost 10 pounds and I can't see a difference really. Family and friends and coworkers all say they see a big difference. I feel depressed, like I wont ever reach where I want to be. I'm trying to stay positive but it's terribly hard.0
