Self Drop 10- How to log calories burned?

So for anyone who reads Self Magazine, in the most recent issue they have flashcards of 8 different strength training moves. I just signed up for My Fitness Pal and am not sure how to log the moves into my excercise for the day. I searched 'Self Drop 10', 'Drop 10' and even some of the names of the moves (seesaw sculptor, side slimmer) but nothing is popping up. Does anyone know if I should search it under a different name or how to log it? Because I was seriously sweating through it so I definitely wanna log it!
