If you are interested in a good challenge to keep you focused on working out most days of the month, please feel free to join our group. All we require is you follow the rules outlined and do your best to move those bodies. It has helped for almost 2 years to be very consistent with my exercise.     I know but we are going to find that MOJO!! I have been doing this challenge for over a year now and it helps me do something most days. I am looking at exercise as healthy and not just to lose weight. Exercising has so many benefits we just need to get moving. Welcome!:flowerforyou:
