My diet

Have a check on my diary i would like to know how should i fix my diet. Currently i'm trying to get 70-80gr whey everyday, 50gr fats and carbs as low as i can (normally 100gr, i can get to 50gr sometimes). I'm losing 4lbs for week and it's going great, i feel good and i can have a full workout without problems. The only thing which scare me is cal intake. I'm currently getting 1300 kcal for day which look pretty low for a 19 years guy (5.9 feet - 182cm). I'm 79kg atm (174lbs). Should i increase my cal intake even if i feel great this way? I'm trying to reduce my current bf (19-20%) to 15% for august.
BMR is 1845.

  • You'll have to change settings on your diary to public before anyone can do that. I think you can find it in settings under the profile tab.

Even outside of that though, if your only concern is how many calories you're consuming, I would say if you feel great and are moving toward your goals, which it sounds like you are, then to stick with what's already working for you.

I think you should defo increase your cals!

    I'm a girl, 5'5 and 126lbs and I average at 1500-1850 depending on how much I work out/weight train!

You wont be able to gain muscle on such low calories and will most likely lose muscle along with fat...those 4lbs a week you're losing aren't only fat!

I think most guys aiming to lose weight should probably never dip under 1600-2000...eat clean, lots of weights, some cardio and you'll be good to go
