Foot Pain

Im wondering if anyone has had this happen or can give any advice. I bought new sneakers a month ago and their really good, i started 10 minute trainer last week (amazing by the way) and last night my foot started killing me! It hurts so much that i have to walk on the outside edge of it, if i try to walk flat on my feet i get the worst pain in the arch of my foot (i barely have an arch too) Last night every time i would roll onto that side, my right side, my foot would start throbbing and wake me up. Any advice?? I want to work out today, i don't want to miss another day like yesterday.

It sounds like you might have Plantar Fasciitis. When you wake up in the morning and you step on your heel does it feel like you're walking on tacks? If it does then that's what you have. Get yourself to a foot doctor immediately. My husband got PF when we were training for a half marathon and it took over a year for it to heal properly. He had to get the cortisone shots, anti inflammatory meds and it was negative fun.
Also where did you get your shoes and have you had any issues with your sneakers prior to this? Did you get fitted for them?0 -
Thats exactly what it feels like. Ive never had problems with sneakers before but my ankles started hurting with my old ones (they were pretty old) so i bought reebok ones, no i didn't get fitted.0
