I know I will eventually need to bump up the calories to continue losing weight. Right now 1200 is still working for me. How will I know when to increase it? Is it at a certain weight?

You will for sure have to increase when you get to your goal weight.
If 1,200 is working for you I wouldn't change it. You can experiment with a bit higher now if you want for a few weeks to see if you still lose ok because as you lose weight you usually lower your calories but at 1,200 currently you can't lower yours anymore.0 -
