My sis gave me wii fit a few years ago. The first time I tried it said "ohh" I exceeded the weight limit. I was too fat for wii fit. I put it away. This year I have started taking control of my weight and working hard to lose. I am done 30 lbs through changing my eating habits, tracking my food, and walking with wii walk it out. I was able to use the wii fit for the first time two days ago. I am still very excited. I did the yoga for 15 min and it was way harder that my hour walk I take every day. I hurt in places I didn't know I had muscle lol. But it is good. Now I plan to keep on walking it out and doing wii fit as well.

Congratulations to both of you. I really like using the wii fit too but I prefer walking outdoors. Good luck to both of you, keep up the hard work.0

I have an XBOX with Kinect, but I don't use it as much as I should. Congrats on rediscovering the Wii. I wish you luck!0
