    Try stopping eating as soon as you wake up every day...

    YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT ..... GUARANTEED...!...!.......


    well... at least until riga mortis settles in... then its just a matter of how much of an active compost your burial ground is... and how fast you BODY will decompose... unless you either get cremated or you get sealed into some airtight lead gasket and you will achieve everlasting stable weight...!

    All joking aside,... as so many others have said earlier.. in the long run...besides Water and waste fluctuations,... it all boils down to calorie counts and deficits ...that is it..!

    Eat according to your own timetable. This is a myth. If you like to eat later you can. your body runs 24 hours a day.

    Unless you are a gremlin. Then no food after midnight.
