Please Help, need Cardio Ideas!!!

I've somehow mildly injured both my ankles, my only guess is I over strained them. I switch the ace bandage back and forth and it seems to help some, but I still can jog, run, jump or walk far and it's made my balance horrible!
And i am in desperate need of a good sweat!! I need some cardio asap and want to get my heart pumping good.... ANY IDEAS WOULD BE AWESOME!!!

You need to take things easy, until your body heals and then do some intense cardio. I recommend Tae Bo, but for now, do some Pilates or yoga. I don't like yoga. But, you might like it.0
