Please Help, need Cardio Ideas!!!

I've somehow mildly injured both my ankles, my only guess is I over strained them. I switch the ace bandage back and forth and it seems to help some, but I still can jog, run, jump or walk far and it's made my balance horrible!
And i am in desperate need of a good sweat!! I need some cardio asap and want to get my heart pumping good.... ANY IDEAS WOULD BE AWESOME!!! :D

    You need to take things easy, until your body heals and then do some intense cardio. I recommend Tae Bo, but for now, do some Pilates or yoga. I don't like yoga. But, you might like it.

    The fish game on the rowing machine can be mind boggling and profuse sweating is inevitable on high resistance.
