Giving up sugar? try Nakd bars!

I am currently tryng a diet where I cut out all sugar (unless its natural sugars from fruit etc). It's been hard, but I have recently found something that really helps when you're craving chocolate - Cocoa and Orange Nakd bars! They're sooooooo yum!

If you're cutting out or cutting down on sugar, you should definitly try them. They are gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and only contain natural sugars. Ingredients are 40% dates, 40% cashews, 14% raisins, 14% cocoa and 'a hint of natural orange and chocolate flavouring'.
a 35g bar is145 cal and 7g fat, 1g sat fat.

I originally dismissed these when my sister recommended them as I dont like dates, but im so glad I tried them in the end. Absolutly gorgeous and a perfect snack/dessert chocolate substitue option.

If you're on the sugar free diet, also try Organix Animals biscuits - found in the baby food section!

    I love nakd too! Although I do think 145 cal is high for such a tiny bar. Their banana bread bars are just as good and only 95cal
