How do you set your ratios?

Or whatever you call them. I see on here where people say they have set their diaries to 40/30/30 or something like that. How do you do that? I have gone to my diary settings and can't find where I can do this.

Also, what would be a good ratio for different things like carbs, protein, and fat?

    Goals - Change goals - Customize. You'll see a listing of nutrients (like from a food label) with drop down boxes. 40/30/30 is 40% carbs, 30% protein 30% fat. I have mine at 45/25/30.
