30 Day Shred? I've heard a lot of people talk about it on here. I was wondering if any of you who have done the 30 day shred or are doing it currently would share your successes. I want to know if it works before I buy it. Thanks in advance.

    i say get it! i just started it last week, and have been a little, inconsistant :blushing: but i am 100% going to do it! it KICKED MY BOOTY! for 20 minutes, i dont think you can beat it, IMO. its only $8-13. we started a challenge on here on 5/15, so if you get it, be sure to join in! :drinker: good luck!

    I started about a week ago. It works up a MAJOR sweat but it's 20 minutes a day...sometimes I do it 2x a day...it is pretty simple [at least on level 1] in terms of the exercises. I definitely do recommend it! Just make sure you have some dumbbells/hand weights heavy, or if all else fails use canned veggies for your strength exercises!
