Just a quick question, wondering if when I put one cup of rice or pasta in mydiary, is this for cooked or uncooked. I assumed it was cooked, but then my husband asked me if it meant uncooked and now I'm questioning myself

I measure uncooked. I don't if that's right, but it's easier clean-up.0

The package of white rice we have shows 1/4 cup uncooked rice is XXX calories. The two of us usually split 3/4 of a cup, which I am sure cooks up to about a cup each. We measure based on uncooked volume.0
